CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BOOT CAMP Circuit Training (30
min – All Levels) Military inspired circuit workout using calisthenics,
& training drills.
XtremeStep/Toning (45 min) Start out on the step with Xtreme moves to get your heart pumping and end with 20
minutes of toning exercises to get you back in shape!
Hooping/Hip
Hop (45 min)
– Benefit your mind, body and spirit while whirling off the pounds with
the hoop; and then blast away the calories with the exercise in disguise, Hip
Hop Dance!
