BOOT CAMP Circuit Training  (60 min – All Levels) Military inspired circuit workout using calisthenics, & training drills.

XtremeStep&KICKboxing (45 min.) – Get a great cardio workout with the best of both worldsÉ.start out on the step with Xtreme moves to get your heart pumping; come off the step to Kickboxing and get ready to blast away the pounds with these calorie burning moves.

GROUP POWER (60 min –All levels )barbell program, strengthens all your major muscles in an enspiring, motivating environment and fantastic music

Toning&MamboMadness  (45 min.) – Begin with 20 minutes of toning exercises;  then get ready to dance and have fun with some calorie burning Latin moves that makes exercising fun.

Tighten, Tone, & Sculpt (60-min All levels) Sculpt that body! Targets all major muscle groups. You will get a full body toning session all in 60 minutes.

MMA (60-min All Levels) full contact sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills, mixture of martial arts traditions & non-traditional.
